All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping methods to customers worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium sportswear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear (listed under our “Shorts & swimwear” category) cannot be returned unless faulty

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely and include your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item(s).

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
