Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear (listed under our “Shorts & swimwear” category) cannot be returned unless faulty. All other items in our collection are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item(s) securely and include your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item(s).
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
